Meets quarterly in Council Chambers at City Hall.

Purpose:
- To advise the transit provider on any matter concerning the operation and administration of the system.
- To be the sounding board for the community.
- To help with and build support in the community.
- To assure transit goals match those of the City of Bisbee.
