Meets
quarterly at 6:30 PM in Council Chambers at City Hall.
Purpose:
- Formulate recommendations regarding the city’s personnel policy
for presentation to the Council after review by the Manager, Personnel
Director and the Department Heads of the City.
- Investigate and report significant violations of sound personnel
administration to the Manager and Council.
- Hear and mediate grievances and charges of discrimination against
the City submitted to it by employees and officers of the City, rendering
its finds and decisions to grievants and the City.
